About Veronica Scheubel

Veronica is an Organisation Consultant, Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and International Speaker who has worked in different cultures in almost 30 countries. With a strong background in Corporate Responsibility / Organization Sustainability and a passion for change and transformation in organizations, a key focus of her work has been on whole organisation change initiatives. Prior to studying Organisation Consulting (MSc Ashridge) and building her practice as a change consultant, she was for many years Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager with global responsibility at Nokia.

Veronica is an associate of Ashridge Business School, a Visiting Research Fellow of the Ashridge Centre for Business and Society, and a member of faculty at Witten University Institute of Management

Based on years of own professional experience both in the corporate and the non-profit sector, having worked with various causes related to social, cultural, health, environmental and political issues, effective internal and external stakeholder dialogue, engagement and involvement is a key focus area: understanding each other’s views, concerns and expectations and achieving sustainable relationships and collaboration.

Veronica works comprehensively with clients on Current State Analysis, Strategy Development, Action Planning for delivery, training for employees, and implementation of stakeholder dialogue and participatory processes.

As a consultant, she has successfully conducted workshops on strategy, development, culture and change with groups at companies and organisations like for example E.ON, Daimler, Skoda, Plan International, and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition. As an Associate of The Partnering Initiative at the International Business Leaders Forum, she has also accompanied partnerships between business, government and civil society organisations, both as a facilitator and a mediator. She applies this experience to internal partnering contexts in organisations.

As an international speaker, she has delivered keynote addresses at conferences from Dubai to Mexico, and as a trainer has run courses for corporate training institutions based in the US, the UK, Germany and the UAE, teaching participants from all regions around the world.

Veronica is also an acclaimed author: Her book 'Corporate Community Involvement: The Definitive Guide' was recommended by Cambridge University as one of the 'Top Sustainability Books 2010' and was recently translated into Korean.

Veronica's work has been defined by collaborative inquiry and a participative, co-creating approach to change and transformation, engaging people throughout and across organizations:

“With a passion for a participative approach to organisation development and stakeholder relations, I seek to create environments of mutuality and possibility, and I value diversity. Participants can have active exchanges, in a safe setting where they feel both fully supported and appropriately challenged to develop their full potential and co-create their organisation or collaboration.”

Veronica holds both German and Canadian citizenships and is fluent in English, German and French. She lives with her partner in the German countryside near Düsseldorf and Cologne from where she travels frequently to work with her clients in different countries.
