About Veronica Scheubel

Veronica is an Organisation Consultant and CoachFacilitator and Trainer who has worked in different cultures in almost 30 countries. With a strong background in Corporate Responsibility / Organization Sustainability and a passion for change and transformation in organizations, a key focus of her work has been on whole organisation change initiatives. Prior to studying Organisation Consulting (MSc Ashridge) and building her practice as a change consultant, she was for many years Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager with global responsibility at Nokia. 

Based on years of own professional experience both in the corporate and the non-profit sector, having worked with various causes related to social, cultural, health, environmental and political issues, effective internal and external stakeholder dialogue, engagement and involvement is a key focus area: understanding each other’s views, concerns and expectations and achieving sustainable relationships and collaboration.

Veronica works comprehensively with clients on Current State Analysis, Strategy Development, Action Planning for delivery, training for employees, and implementation of stakeholder dialogue and participatory processes.

As a consultant, she has successfully conducted workshops on strategy, development, culture and change with groups at companies and organisations like for example E.ON, Daimler, Microsoft, Skoda, Wacom, Plan International, and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition. As an Associate of The Partnering Initiative, founded by the International Business Leaders Forum, she has also accompanied partnerships between business, government and civil society organizations, both as a facilitator and a mediator. She applies this experience to internal partnering contexts in organizations.

As an international speaker, she has delivered keynote addresses at conferences from Dubai to Mexico, and as a trainer has run courses for corporate training institutions based in the US, the UK, Germany and the UAE, teaching participants from all regions around the world.

Veronica is also an acclaimed author: Her book’Corporate Community Involvement: The Definitive Guide‘ was recommended by Cambridge University as one of the ‘Top Sustainability Books 2010’ and was recently translated into Korean.

Veronica’s work has been defined by collaborative inquiry and a participative, co-creating approach to change and transformation, engaging people throughout and across organizations:

Veronica holds both German and Canadian citizenships and is fluent in English, German and French. She and her partner live in Duesseldorf, Germany.
